Some Griffs are a little slower than others. I can only give advice from what I have learned. When you say let out, I am assuming you  just open the door and sometimes you follow and sometimes not.  Good times to go automatically are 1) immediately upon waking  2) immediately after eating or drinking.

I  believe in doing it on a leash. Take her out at set times ... Maybe two  or three hours are ok. Find a spot she has used before and keep her  walking in that area until she goes. if she already pottied in the  house, you cant force her too go again. The scent of where she has gone  before sometimes help establish a potty spot, make sure you bring out a  treats and when it happens plenty of praise. After awhile drop the  treats and just praise. Note the time intervals of her eliminations.  After several days or even weeks she will get the idea. The leash use  helps say... Hey we are out here on business not playtime. After she  poops let her off the leash and play for a few minutes. When she goes  out make sure you say yay wanna go potty before hand.. Or whatever key  word you like. Sorry I am jumping around here a bit but if whines too go  out... Jump on it and say ya gotta poop and get her out the door as  soon as possible. Sounds like she is pretty close ta being trained  already. And please don't rant when she pees or poops....in the house.
